WorkMatch is a two-sided job-matching platform where candidates can quickly search jobs by area and criteria and complete applications, scouting and chat entirely in the app.
The story of launching a new platform, built in-house from scratch in 12 months, to solve "complex application flows, fragmented communication, slow search and cumbersome operations."
The job-matching service operator runs a matching service whose members include both job seekers and hiring companies. Through applications, scouting and chat, it supports the entire journey to hire.
Previously the application flow was complex and communication channels were fragmented. So we set out to build the two candidate and employer front-ends and the operations backbone from scratch.
