TeamFlow Suite is an enterprise integrated business-management SaaS that brings internal operations — HR, project management, sales, accounting, QA and hiring — from Excel and siloed tools into a single platform. Over 30 business modules link through one database so every employee runs their work from the same screen.
'Scattered tools, Excel-based effort tallying, missing data linkage, manual hiring tracking' — the launch story of a new platform, built in-house from scratch in 18 months to satisfy all four axes of internal operations at once.
The contract-development firm takes on large-scale system development for multiple client companies. With over 100 engineers, PMs, sales, QA and HR staff in-house, each department ran its work on different tools (Excel, SaaS, spreadsheets). Data was scattered, the linkage between effort, evaluation and hiring was lost, and month-end tallying and evaluation meetings demanded enormous manual work.
Aiming for 'every employee running their work from the same screen,' we built an in-house integrated business-management SaaS. Over 30 modules — HR, project management, sales & accounting, QA, hiring — are linked through one database, with role-based access control delivering a UI optimized for each department.
None of these are technology-choice problems — they are business requirements tied directly to operational efficiency, cross-department integration, data consistency and extensibility. A from-scratch build had to satisfy all of them at once.
If attendance lives in Excel, effort in SaaS and evaluations in yet another tool, projects, HR and accounting stay disconnected — and that becomes the permanent state.
Tally attendance → effort → evaluation data in Excel at month-end and the first days of each month are lost to clerical work.
Payroll, evaluation and customer data in a state visible to every employee leaves the company unable to operate sustainably. Department-level RBAC is needed from day one.
When every new business function (new department, new evaluation system) demands schema rework and full-feature regression — operations ossify.
We built, in-house and from scratch, an integrated business-management platform to support the contract-development firm's internal operations. Four structural requirements — a unified data platform, module extensibility, role permissions and UI integration — were each designed together with Amela into an architecture that achieves operational efficiency, cross-department linkage and security all at once.
This platform delivers business outcomes continuously — reduced operating hours, data consistency and cross-department integration — not just technical metrics.
Month-end tallying, approval workflows and evaluation entry converge on one platform, sharply cutting the monthly Excel tallying effort.
Consolidating into one database keeps attendance × effort × evaluation always consistent.
Effort a PM sees auto-links to HR's evaluation entries and accounting's invoicing.
New operations (a new evaluation system, a new department) ship to production by adding just an independent router.
