TakumiCloud is a multi-tenant operations cloud that unifies the on-site work of construction and skilled-trade businesses. It supports operators with multiple sites and dozens of workers end-to-end — from clock-in/out and photo daily reports to payroll, cost, billing, and management visibility.

Takara Komuten Group is a construction operator handling multiple specialized trades such as interior finishing, facilities, and painting. Dozens of workers are constantly deployed across multiple sites throughout the city. It has continuously grown its business while sustaining on-site speed and quality.
At the core of the business model is per-site profitability. Accurately grasping each site's staffing, cost, and revenue is the key to generating profit. Meanwhile, because the sites and the office are physically apart, attendance, daily reports, payroll, and billing data tend to become fragmented — a structural challenge they faced.
None of these were technology-selection problems, but business requirements tied directly to on-site productivity, payroll accuracy, and profitability transparency. A greenfield build required a design that made all of them hold true at once.
Together with Takara Komuten Group, we built everything in-house from scratch — from on-site mobile input to attendance aggregation, payroll, per-site profitability, and billing. It connects into a single cloud while meeting the design needs of each of the four domains.
