Challenge
Before

With in-person training, paper exams, and learner management on Excel ledgers, there was no visibility into who was struggling where, and material delivery, grading, and communication were all manual — straining operations.

  • We want to track learner progress and attendance and spot dropouts early
    In-person and Excel can't track each individual
  • We want to add subtitles to video materials and deliver them centrally, including view status
    Running separate tools makes delivery and management cumbersome
  • We want to author and grade multi-format exams from listening to written answers
    Paper exams carry a heavy authoring and grading load
  • We want to automate interview-practice booking and learner notifications
