RouteCast is a delivery operations platform connecting order, dispatch, delivery and invoicing end to end.
Manual dispatch planning, an invisible field and fragmented data — answered with an admin console and a driver app built in-house from scratch. This is the story of that launch.
Tsubasa Distribution Service is a wholesaler of building materials and supplies running delivery operations nationwide. With many depots, drivers and trading partners, getting a large volume of orders delivered accurately every day was the lifeline of the business.
Yet dispatch planning, delivery instructions and invoicing were mostly done by hand on paper and in Excel. What was happening in the field was invisible and the data was fragmented. A delivery foundation that never stalls was needed to carry the growth.
Manual dispatch depends on individuals, and reshuffling takes Hours. It becomes the bottleneck to growth.

With paper delivery slips, same-day changes do not reach the field quickly。
Order, dispatch, delivery and invoicing were brought onto one platform. Together with Tsubasa Distribution Service we designed from scratch an architecture where the web console for administrators and the mobile app for drivers stay in real-time sync on the same foundation.
