ReStock is a product-management platform for multi-store reuse operators that integrates everything from second-hand buyback appraisal through product registration, all-store inventory, sales, product history, and gross-profit analysis into a single core.
"Company-wide inventory is invisible, per-item gross profit can't be tracked, buyback-to-sale history is manual, and master-data operations are cumbersome" — the story of launching a new platform, built in-house from zero in 9 months, that satisfies all four axes the reuse business needs at once.
ReuseMart Co., Ltd. is a multi-store reuse operator handling a wide range of second-hand goods — furniture, appliances, brand-name items, gift certificates, and more. Its business model buys products from customers at each store, registers them as inventory, and sells them across all stores.
As the store count grew, the previously fragmented per-store inventory and buyback ledgers were unified, and a core system that lets headquarters grasp company-wide inventory and per-item profitability in real time was built in-house from zero together with AMELA.
None of these were technology-selection issues; they were business requirements tied directly to opportunity loss, profitability management, operational efficiency, and scalability. A greenfield build required a design that satisfied them all at once.
Four domains — inventory unification, gross-profit visibility, workflow integration, and master-data & permission setup — were built in-house from zero together with ReuseMart Co., Ltd. Each domain is robust on its own, yet connects from buyback appraisal through gross-profit analysis in a single flow.

This foundation continuously delivers business outcomes — unified inventory visibility, gross-profit visibility, operational efficiency, and scalability — rather than mere technical metrics.
Three scenarios. All run on the admin console with mock data.
Appraise second-hand goods and enter price, condition, category, and store. If the deal closes it becomes inventory; failed deals are recorded too.
Cross-search by store, category, and status. Review buyback amount, sales amount, gross profit, and product history, then register a sale.
Visualizes all-store KPIs (stock count, total buyback amount, sales amount, gross-margin rate) and gross profit by store and category, with CSV export.
