ProLine is an on-site production management solution built as a custom plugin on the no-code platform kintone — recording per-process work completion, output by time slot, and workers on the spot, matching parts by QR, and exporting daily reports and aggregations to Excel/CSV in one click.
An on-site DX story: extending kintone over 7 months to solve the challenges of "invisible progress, tedious aggregation, matching errors, and manual reports."
The manufacturing client operates production lines that finish products through multiple processes. Quickly grasping on-site progress, output, and quality and turning it into improvement was the challenge.
Building on kintone, a no-code platform already in use, we added shop-floor-specific production management features as a custom plugin. Without a large-scale platform overhaul, we achieved on-site DX in a short time.
Process progress was shared via Paper & verbal channels, so it could not be tracked in real time.
Aggregating output and workers by time slot relied on Manual work and was slow.
Part mix-ups and matching errors stemmed from Visual checks.
Daily reports & forms went through Manual transcription, so double entry was a burden.
We built on-site entry, process/output logging, QR matching, and report export as a kintone custom plugin. Without a large-scale platform overhaul, we achieved on-site DX on top of a no-code platform.
