OrderForge is an order-, production- and shipping-management platform that supports EC order fulfillment for original goods (embroidery, name-printing, wrapping). It handles everything from automatic EC order import to document output on a single core system.
Transcription-free order management, clear work instructions, one-click documents, and unified progress tracking — a platform that meets all four axes required for personalized-product EC order operations, built from scratch in 7 months — the story of launching this all-new in-house platform.
Craft Gift Co., Ltd. sells personalized original goods — embroidery, name-printing, gift wrapping and more — through its own EC store. Because these gift-driven products see high demand, every single order generates its own "individual spec": embroidery content, gift labels (noshi), and message cards.
Orders received via EC are split across three roles — order management, production, and accounting (purchasing) — and progressed from processing and embroidery through wrapping, shipping, and document output. The client needed a way to run this entire fulfillment operation on a single core system, free of personal dependency.
None of these were matters of technology choice — they were business requirements tied directly to order accuracy, production quality, document effort, and on-time delivery. Building anew from scratch required a design that could "satisfy all of them at once."
Together with Craft Gift Co., Ltd., we built four domains — order import, production instructions, progress management, and document output — in-house from scratch. Every domain is bound by one consistent design principle: "eliminate manual work and drive everything from data."
EXECUTION
This foundation continuously delivers business outcomes — order accuracy, production quality, document effort, and on-time delivery — rather than technical metrics.
