NurseLink is a mobile app that lets nurses search jobs by many filters like area, salary, and work style. Everything — from comparing salary and shift details to saving jobs of interest — is completed within the app.
Searchability, information comparison, retention, and operational efficiency ─ the launch story of a new platform: an app that satisfies all four axes a nurse's job search needs at once, built natively in-house for iOS / Android in six months from scratch.
NurseLink runs a job-matching business connecting nurses and medical institutions in a nursing field facing chronic labor shortages. With an app experience built from the job seeker's perspective, it supports career moves and hiring with fewer mismatches.
To renew the traditional paper- and PC-centered job search into a native app experience completed on a smartphone, we launched the job-search platform from scratch.
None of these are matters of technology choice — they are business requirements tied directly to job-seeker satisfaction, application rates, and hiring efficiency. Building anew from scratch required a design that makes them all hold true at once.
We built all four domains — searchability, information comparison, retention, and operational efficiency — in-house from scratch with a Rails API and native apps. It is the launch of a new nursing-job platform centered on the job seeker's experience.

This platform continuously delivers business outcomes — job-seeker satisfaction, application rates, and hiring efficiency — not just technical metrics.
