NurseLink runs a job-matching business connecting nurses and medical institutions in a nursing field facing chronic labor shortages. With an app experience built from the job seeker's perspective, it supports career moves and hiring with fewer mismatches.
To renew the traditional paper- and PC-centered job search into a native app experience completed on a smartphone, we launched the job-search platform from scratch.
None of these are matters of technology choice — they are business requirements tied directly to job-seeker satisfaction, application rates, and hiring efficiency. Building anew from scratch required a design that makes them all hold true at once.
