The client launched a new platform business offering a peer-to-peer (C2C) trading experience. The aim was a place that directly connects people who want to sell with people who want to buy, turning unneeded items into cash with ease—right from a smartphone.
To stand out in a crowded, competitive market,"an experience where even first-timers can trade with confidence" were key. In a single native app, it had to deliver photo-based easy listing, chat for price negotiation, and escrow payment that protects funds until receipt is confirmed.
