The manufacturing client operates lines producing a wide variety of parts for multiple clients. Raising equipment utilization and reducing “stopped time” was a challenge directly tied to profit.
Building on kintone — a no-code platform already used in operations — we added utilization and work-results recording and analysis as a custom plugin. Without a large-scale platform overhaul, we delivered on-site utilization DX in a short time.
