HR and general affairs ran on paper, Excel and several disconnected systems. Stalled requests, mismatched master data, separate logins and manual tallying errors were taking daily effort from both the front line and the back office.

The HR master database, approval workflow, rotation simulator and SAML2 SSO (IdP) united on one platform, delivering multi-step and parallel approval, withdrawal, real-time notifications and a CSV/Excel hand-off to accounting, end to end.
