CHALLENGE
Design challenges to solve

The four structural requirements demanded of the platform.

Each was a business requirement — not a technology-selection issue — directly tied to streaming experience, profitability, and operational efficiency. A ground-up new build required a design that makes them all hold true at once.

① Ultra-low-latency streaming platform

If latency is high,The sense of unity from tips and comments is lost, and support cools. A low-latency live design that connects artists and fans two-way, provided as standard, is required.

② Diverse monetization

Relying on a single billing method,Fans' support styles get missed. A revenue design that handles tips, subscriptions, pay-per-item, and membership fees on one platform is required.

③ Unified content management

If live, video, and fan clubs are siloed,Artists' operational burden grows and fans' engagement flow worsens. Streaming, archives, and exclusive releases must be handled on a single platform.

④ Operational integrity & scale

Relying on manual review and settlement,The more streaming grows, the more operations break down. Without automating moderation and transaction settlement, the business can't scale.

ARCHITECTURE
The architecture we built together

Turning creator streaming into an 'always-on platform' across four domains.

We built all four areas — streaming, monetization, content, and operations — in-house from scratch, not as a patchwork of external tools. Ultra-low-latency live streaming, real-time communication, diverse payments, and automated settlement are unified into one platform that supports everything from streaming to revenue payouts.
