EstateHub is a real-estate brokerage CRM that centrally manages customers, properties, inquiries, and deals for brokerage firms. With a web admin console, a sales mobile app, and 30+ business master tables, it connects the field and the office on a single platform.

Centralizing inquiries, standardizing follow-up, field operations, and operational standardization — the story of launching a new platform, built in-house from scratch in 8 months, that satisfies all four axes real-estate brokerage requires at once.

CLIENT
About the client

A leading domestic “real estate brokerage” at the forefront of the brokerage industry.

The real estate brokerage runs its day-to-day business around residential sales brokerage — from capturing inquiries through viewings, deals, and closings. Following up on advertising-driven inquiries without losing any, all the way to a closing, is the lifeline of the business.

The business model is response-driven sales: “collect inquiries through advertising, then have sales reps follow up and close.” With a large volume of information spanning customers, properties, deals, and calendars, they needed a platform where field sales and office managers could share the same information in real time.

CHALLENGE
The design challenges to solve

The four structural requirements demanded of the platform.

None of these were questions of technology choice; they were business requirements tied directly to inquiry capture, closing rate, customer satisfaction, and operational standardization. Building new from scratch demanded a design that satisfied them all at once.

If inquiries can't be aggregated without loss, ad spend goes to waste
If inquiries scattered across ad channels can't be unified,Returns on ad-placement cost stay invisible, missed responses turn straight into lost opportunities.
If follow-up isn't standardized, results become person-dependent
If follow-up status stays locked in a rep's personal notes,Team handoffs and progress tracking become impossible, know-how is lost through resignations and transfers.
If customers and properties can't be checked in the field, the first response is delayed
If the design forces returning to the office to check information,Unable to respond on the spot at viewings or deals, competitors get ahead of you.
Get the master setup wrong and operations won't scale
If the many master designs — ad channels, contract types, building structures, brokerage fees, and more — are wrong,Inconsistent input rules break aggregations and reports

ARCHITECTURE
The architecture we built together

From inquiry to closing — turning four domains into an “unstoppable follow-up platform.”

Together with the real estate brokerage, we built four domains in-house from scratch — centralizing inquiries, standardizing follow-up, field operations, and operational standardization. A React web admin console and a Flutter sales mobile app share the same API foundation, and 30+ master tables enforce the business rules.
