DriveLog is a driving-instruction platform that automates everything from retrieving training-car schedules to recording and voice logging of drives via in-vehicle IoT, managing it all centrally in the cloud. It supports instruction quality with data.
"Record automation, instruction review, operations management, vehicle & device management" - the story of launching a new platform: an IoT foundation satisfying all four pillars of driving instruction at once, built in-house from scratch in 8 months.
DriveAcademy Co., Ltd. is an operator running driving instruction services. With many training cars and instructors, they needed to support safe, high-quality instruction through efficient operations.
Meanwhile, lesson records relied on handwriting and memory, making review and quality standardization difficult. We chose to build from scratch in-house a platform that automates records with in-vehicle IoT and supports instruction and operations with data.
None of these were technology-selection problems, but business requirements directly tied to instruction quality, safety, and operational efficiency. A new build from scratch required a design that "satisfied them all at once."
Record automation, instruction review, operations management, and vehicle & device management - we built the four domains essential to driving instruction from scratch in-house, together with DriveAcademy Co., Ltd. In-vehicle IoT and cloud APIs connect the field with its data.
EXECUTIONThis platform continuously delivers business outcomes - instruction quality, safety, and operational efficiency - rather than technical metrics.
