DeliverIQ is a PMO SaaS that unifies projects, stages, milestones, 6 report types, and change history into a single platform for an SIer running 200 parallel projects.
The operational challenges of "5 days of monthly Excel aggregation, hand-written per-department reports, change history scattered across emails, and no cross-analysis"Built in-house from scratch in 10 months — the launch story of this new platform.
A domestic SIer centered on contract SI, building mission-critical systems for the manufacturing, finance, distribution, and public sectors. It runs 200 projects in parallel at all times, each composed of complex stages, milestones, and multiple roles (PM/QA/Sales).
As the number of projects grew, operations relying on monthly Excel aggregation and per-department reports hit their limit. Management needed real-time PMO visibility, PM/QA needed daily operational efficiency, and Sales needed a foundation to ensure hand-off quality.
Structured hand-off from Sales → PM

6 report types auto-generated (24 hours)
Real-time display of all projects on one screen
Not as a technical problem, but asa management challenge tied directly to the responsiveness and data consistency of running a 200-project organization — framing it this way, we needed to design from scratch a platform that breaks free from dependence on Excel.
Monthly Excel aggregation took 5 days, so management could only ever see "last month's status"; responding to this month's risks in real time was impossible.
PM, QA, and Sales departments rushed into hand-written report aggregation at month-start were overwhelmed, bringing their core work to a halt.
The history of scope and tech-selection changes Scattered across emails, and tracking past decisions and handling audits demanded enormous man-hours.
Five independent reports scattered by department,"Is the cost overrun caused by quality or by deadlines?" could not be cross-analyzed.
After deeply understanding the operational realities of a domestic SIer,"Real-time visibility for management, daily operational efficiency for PM/QA, and hand-off quality for Sales." — we built, in-house and from scratch, a PMO SaaS that unifies these three-sided needs into a single platform.

5 days of Excel aggregation / no real-time.
Stages, quality, and cost ratio consolidated in one table.
PM/QA/Sales swamped by hand-written aggregation at month-start.
Monthly aggregation completes in 24 hours; cross-analysis is possible too.
Scope and tech changes scattered across emails / hard to audit.
Every approver, impact scope, and reason is recorded.
6 report types scattered by department / no cross-analysis.
A flexible schema unifies 6 report types; BFF separation makes it easy to evolve.
After adopting DeliverIQ, the responsiveness and data consistency of PMO information improved dramatically compared with the Excel era.
Progress, quality, and delays across 200 projects are visible at all times, so management can decide without waiting for month-start aggregation.
The man-hours spent aggregating reports at month-start vanished, freeing PM, QA, and Sales to invest time in their core work.
Change history for every project is recorded automatically; referencing past years and responding to audits is done in one click.
Cost × Quality × TimeLine can be analyzed together, so the "causes of cost overruns" and "how quality declines drive delays" can feed directly into management strategy.
Month-start is swamped by 5 days of report aggregation, stalling project operations.
Monthly reports are auto-generated, so PMs can focus on running projects.
Quality reports are scattered across departments, leaving no cross-cutting view.
List quality grades across 200 projects; spot at-risk projects early.
Hand-offs to PMs are email-based, causing frequent omissions.
Structured project registration ensures hand-off quality.
At month-start you only see "last month's status" — no real-time response to risk.
