“CareBridge Co., Ltd.” — a leading domestic provider supporting at-home living in the community.

CareBridge Co., Ltd. is a provider operating home-visit care. With many clients and caregivers, it needed to deliver high-quality care tailored to each individual’s preferences, supported by efficient operations.

Meanwhile, building shifts had to satisfy client preferences, caregiver availability, and travel distance all at once — and doing it manually consumed enormous time. We chose to build the platform to automate this fully in-house, from scratch.
