BeautyChain Japan is the chain HQ overseeing 200+ hair salons nationwide. It needed a SaaS that connects four stakeholders — HQ, stores, stylists, and customers — on a single platform.
Multi-store integrated operations, AI counseling analysis, unified messaging, and 6-tier RBAC — a platform meeting all four axes essential to chain-salon operations at once, in just 4 months from scratch, built in-house — the story of launching a brand-new platform.
BeautyChain Japan is a chain operator running 200+ hair salons nationwide.HQ, store managers, stylists, and customers — four stakeholders in different roles who collaborate daily to sustain a complex operation.
The business model: “keep each store's individuality while unifying quality and customer experience across the chain.” It demands a design that consolidates the information multi-store operations need onto one platform, raising HQ decision speed and on-site operational efficiency at the same time.
None of these are technology-selection problems but store efficiency, customer experience, service quality, and organizational scale — business requirements tied directly to them. A greenfield build had to make them all hold true at once by design.
With a cloud foundation and a backend separated by role, multi-store integrated operations, AI counseling, unified messaging, and 6-tier RBAC were each designed to scale independently. We built this foundation entirely in-house from scratch — one that can “onboard a new store in days.”

This foundation is not a technical metric but management-decision speed, store efficiency, service quality, and customer LTV — business outcomes it continuously generates.
