AutoBridge is a platform that centrally manages everything from Japanese used-car auction wins to quotation, de-registration, transport, and overseas export, consolidating previously scattered steps into a single flow.
This is the launch story of a new platform built in-house from scratch in 7 months as a Ruby on Rails API, solving the problem of fragmented tools and manual work.
AutoBridge is an export business delivering Japanese used cars to overseas buyers worldwide. It handles many steps—from winning auctions to quotation, de-registration, transport arrangement, and shipment.
Previously, each step was managed with separate tools and manual work, making progress hard to see. A foundation tying winning bid through export into one was needed.
Four domains—vehicle catalog, auction, quotation, and export process—built in-house from scratch together with Amela. A Rails API centrally manages every step, with progress from winning bid to shipment tracked on a single screen. Overseas buyers access securely via token authentication.

We've prepared three scenarios. Click to see the actual screens in action.
