The old corporate site required a request to the development firm for every update, so news and case studies were often published late. It also loaded slowly, and dual JP/EN management raised operational load and hurt SEO — both slowing the business.

After

Rebuilt on a headless CMS architecture. A Laravel CMS serves the delivery API while a Next.js SSR frontend renders fast. Editors publish safely through drafts and previews, JP/EN is managed centrally in a translation table, and OGP/SEO is optimized per page — a next-generation corporate platform.
